Most Primary Aged children attend Greenford CE School in Maiden Newton, and the Secondary aged children attend Beaminster Technology College.

Hooke Sunday School meets once a month at 10am on the 2nd Sunday of the month. We welcome all children between the ages of 4 and 11; younger ones too if a parent is able to stay with them. Currently we are a group of about 10 children but in a small village like Hooke numbers can vary significantly over the years.

At Christmas our Nativity play is the highlight of the Christmas Eve Crib Service and for Easter and Harvest we join in the celebrations by decorating the church porch. We also have an Easter Egg Hunt at Easter.
